Travelling to Koh Mak is best combined with a short stopover in Bangkok. Bangkok Air flies 4 times daily from Suvarnabhumi to Trat. From there it is a 30 minute bus ride to Trat pier. Speedboats do travel regularly and the 45 minute journey is an experience in itself.

5 km of sandy white beach is right in front of the resort and the 25 private bungalows are built among a lush and many decades old coconut plantation. There is a restaurant, an internet cafe and lots of sporting equipment.
